MOUTH MAPPING - power, pleasure, & connection

What is this about?

This workshop is a guided, intimate practice centering the mouth as a site of inner sensation, awareness, and agency, including hands-on exploration of a partner’s mouth interior - throat exploration optional - always rooted in curiosity, presence, and mutual agreement.

What if your mouth were more than a tool for speech or survival - what if it were a space to reclaim your voice, your agency, your bodily autonomy, and your capacity for pleasure?

In this paired practice, we explore the mouth and jaw as sites of sensation, expression, consent, and pleasure.

Through gentle, meditative techniques and vocal sounds, we release tension and open awareness to how our bodies carry social norms, repression, and control.

From there, we move into careful, hands-on exploration of a partner’s mouth interior - throat exploration optional - always rooted in curiosity, presence, and mutual agreement.

This workshop is calm, focused, and playful, yet deeply radical:

it asks participants to reflect on how bodies, intimacy, pleasure, and communication are regulated, and invites reclaiming agency over one’s own expression and relational presence.

The mouth mapping itself is done in pairs. If you come alone, you will be paired with another participant by mutual agreement. Both partners take turns, and you will stay with the same partner throughout.

CHF 160 (sliding scale CHF 140-180)

RITUAL OF DOMINANCE & SUBMISSION

RITUAL OF DOMINANCE & SUBMISSION

What is it about?

This conscious kink workshop explores dominance and submission as a lens for power, choice, pleasure, and agency. Through somatic, queer exercises, participants engage consciously with trust, responsibility, and hierarchy - both in their own bodies and in society at large. Playful, intimate, and consent-driven, it is a space to reclaim autonomy, expand awareness, and connect deeply.

Ritual of Dominance & Submission
Somatic & experiential workshop plus PlaySpace

Saturday - workshop 10.30am - 7pm

Sunday - PlaySpace 12pm-7pm

What if the power dynamics in everyday life could become a space for reclaiming agency, self-determination, joy, and pleasure?

This two days conscious kink event invites you to explore dominance and submission as tools for embodiment, self-awareness, and social insight. Through guided somatic exercises, we uncover how power flows in our bodies, relationships, and society - and how we can reclaim agency over our own experience.

For me, submission is a conscious, consented act of surrender; dominance is presence, responsibility, and ethical care.

Engaging these roles is a radical act of reclaiming personal and relational power, and a chance to notice social hierarchies reflected in the body.

It is an intimate practice based on deep listening, sensing, presencing, and joy, at times confrontational, opening space for honest exploration, offering a unique way to expand awareness, celebrate connection, and explore conscious relational dynamics.

Participation is always optional, honoring your boundaries and limits. This event may include nudity, though it is never required.

Saturday focuses on structured exercises in duos, trios, and the whole group.

Sunday opens into a PlaySpace for integration, practice, and deeper exploration. The PlaySpace is also open to experienced players personally invited by me, creating a larger group and more opportunities for inspiration, encounters, and exchange.

This workshop is for:
Anyone curious about power dynamics, embodiment, kinky practices, and connection - whether you are new to these themes or already experienced and wishing to deepen your practice and self-awareness.

ON ANGER & POLITICAL WEIGHT - a somatic workshop on expression, care, and collective responsibility (postponed to - tbd)

What is this about?

This workshop invites a grounded, embodied exploration of anger in times of political and social intensity. Drawing on somatic practices, we will listen to how anger lives in the body and how it has been shaped by our histories, cultures, and relationships. Through guided movement, voice, reflection, and collective practice, we create space to engage anger not as something to fear or suppress, but as a vital force connected to care, boundaries, and collective responsibility.

A somatic workshop on expression, care, and collective responsibility

In our global political reality, there are many reasons to feel angry. Anger arises in response to injustice, silencing, exclusion, and loss. It is a deeply relational and political emotion - one that signals when something matters and when a boundary has been crossed.

Yet many of us have learned not to show anger. Out of fear, social norms, or lack of space, we may suppress it, turn it inward, or feel overwhelmed by it. And still, anger is vital. When given safer conditions, it can connect us to underlying emotions such as grief, fear, and care, and help release accumulated inner weight.

Anger holds both creative and destructive potential. Rather than judging it as good or bad, this workshop invites a different question: How do we relate to anger, and how has this relationship been shaped by our bodies, histories, and political worlds?

Through a somatic approach, we will explore anger as it lives in the body - through movement, breath, sensing, voice, and reflection. Together we will look at how we learned to express (or suppress) anger, what patterns we rely on today, and what other ways of meeting and expressing anger might be possible.

This workshop includes individual and collective practices, group exchange, and time for rest and integration. No prior experience with somatic work is required. Care, consent, and choice are central to the space we will create together.

Who is it for?

This workshop is for artists, activists, students, educators, facilitators, and anyone who feels the political weight of our times in their body - or who is curious to explore anger as an embodied, relational, and political emotion.

Price and its explanation:

I would like to make this workshop accessible to lower incomers and in order to do that I have created a sliding scale so the higher incomers can support the lower incomers.

Moreover, my needs lay in having my energy and work I put into organizing and facilitating my events valued, along my needs for sustainability acknowledged.

Sliding Scale: 50chf - 200chf

FINDING THE WORDS - learning how to talk about sex & intimacy - for those identified as women only (3 online events) POSTPONED tbd

Many of us go quiet when the topic of sex comes up - not because it isn’t important, but because it was often surrounded by silence or shame. We learned what not to say before we learned how to speak.

This 3×3-hour online event is for those identified as women only, offering guided support to talk about sex and intimacy in a safer space.
