What is this about?
This workshop is a guided, intimate practice centering the mouth as a site of inner sensation, awareness, and agency, including hands-on exploration of a partner’s mouth interior - throat exploration optional - always rooted in curiosity, presence, and mutual agreement.
What if your mouth were more than a tool for speech or survival - what if it were a space to reclaim your voice, your agency, your bodily autonomy, and your capacity for pleasure?
In this paired practice, we explore the mouth and jaw as sites of sensation, expression, consent, and pleasure.
Through gentle, meditative techniques and vocal sounds, we release tension and open awareness to how our bodies carry social norms, repression, and control.
From there, we move into careful, hands-on exploration of a partner’s mouth interior - throat exploration optional - always rooted in curiosity, presence, and mutual agreement.
This workshop is calm, focused, and playful, yet deeply radical:
it asks participants to reflect on how bodies, intimacy, pleasure, and communication are regulated, and invites reclaiming agency over one’s own expression and relational presence.
The mouth mapping itself is done in pairs. If you come alone, you will be paired with another participant by mutual agreement. Both partners take turns, and you will stay with the same partner throughout.
